Return Policy

When can you Return?
  • We provide a 7-day return policy for damaged/wrong products delivered, in its original packaging, along with the invoice.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

How can you initiate the return?
Please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Check the product

  • Check that the product is unworn and in its original condition.
  • Make sure that all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the exchange.

Step 2 - Contact us with your concern

  • Share your order details at care@forherstores.com or WhatsApp us on +91 98989 25916 for your return request.
  • Return request due to damage / incorrect item should be placed with in 48 hours of delivery with a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further.

Step 3 - Pack the product

  • Put the product with original packaging in a box, along with the invoice and authenticity certificate.
  • Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

Step 4 - Processing the return

  • Once we receive the product, we will do the quality assurance of the product.
  • After the QA Passes, we will share a credit note of the order amount, which can be used on our website for 1 year only once.
Claiming the 6-month Warranty
  • We provide 6-month warranty only in case of damaged zircons.
  • To claim the warranty, reach out to our customer support team before 6-months from the date of delivery with a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
  • After our team validates the claim, we will share a credit note of the product amount valid till one year, which can be used once on our website.
  • Once credit note is shared, the warranty becomes void.
